Residence Le Villaret is located in the Preyerand district, just 300 metres from the centre of the resort - La Croisette - and directly adjacent to ski slopes. The complex features a lift and a ski storage room, and public parking is available on the roadside.

The residence provides easy access to the centre of the resort and the wider 3 Vallées ski area. A free ski lift, located just 20 metres from the building, operates daily from 8 am to 11 pm and offers quick, convenient access to the resort centre, where guests can find the ski school, shops, restaurants and lifts carrying you on to the wider ski area.

Ski hire can be found on the ground floor of the building and the slopes are right next to the property. Additionally, a cross-country ski track is only 50 metres away.

For everyday essentials, a grocery shop is just 20 metres away, with a supermarket and shopping centre located at the centre of the resort, and a restaurant on the ground floor of the building overlooks the slopes.
