Where will I find my Eurotunnel reference number?

Eurotunnel operates a ticketless travel system so you will be provided with an 8 digit reference number on your booking confirmation to type in to the check-in machine when you arrive at Folkestone or Calais. You will also need to call Eurotunnel to provide them with your Advanced Passenger Information (API) before you travel which will speed up the check-in procedure for you.
