Erna Low’s Money Back Guarantee for COVID related cancellations

We are conscious of the current uncertainty surrounding international travel and we want you to book your ski holiday safe in the knowledge that it is risk free. We are therefore offering the following Money Back Guarantee.

FULLY REFUNDABLE LOW DEPOSITS

We are asking for a low deposit of 10% to secure your booking - your final balance is due 6 weeks prior to departure.

CANCEL YOUR HOLIDAY FREE OF CHARGE

You can cancel for any reason and get a full refund up to 6 weeks before departure.

UNABLE TO GO ON HOLIDAY DUE TO TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS?

If the FCDO advises against travel to your chosen destination and Erna Low is unable to provide your holiday, you will receive a prompt and full refund (less a tiny £2.63 per person that covers our financial bonding for your extra protection).
